About the Role
Role Description
This is an internship role for a Lead Generation Intern at Vishvam Group. As a remote position, the intern will support the lead generation efforts by conducting market research, identifying potential leads, and assisting with lead nurturing activities. The intern will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and expand the company's reach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential markets and clients for our laboratory glassware and instruments.
Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and industry events.
Maintain and update the lead database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
2. Sales Development:
Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and tailor our offerings accordingly.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns.
3. Sales Execution:
Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Market Analysis:
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance product offerings based on client needs and market demands.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in lead generation and sales, preferably in the export or laboratory equipment industry.
Strong understanding of international markets and export regulations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in lead generation software
Certification in Import and Export will be an added advantage
Understanding of Export market is an added advantage.

Number of qualified leads generated.
Conversion rate of leads to sales.
